Telescopic batons are considered weapons in the Federal Republic of Germany in accordance with Section 1 (2) no.2 letter a WaffG (portable object) and are subject to the ban on driving in accordance with Section 42a (1) no. Appendix 1, Section 1, Subsection 2, number 1.1 (cutting and thrusting weapon).

Performing at events is also prohibited according to Section 42 (1) WaffG. The telescopic baton must be transported in a closed container and secured against unauthorized access. This notice does not replace your own responsibility and care.
