With this device, breath alcohol tests are possible in the temperature range between -5 and +50°C and even with very high alcohol content - regardless of whether using active (user blows into the mouthpiece) or passive measurement (with this measurement method, the alcohol content of the ambient air is measured).
Due to its high quality, we were able to classify the Y alcohol tester in accuracy class 1+, which also includes the pre-test devices used by the police!
Navigation is self-explanatory, all measurement functions can be selected with just one button: The large, green button in the middle is used to carry out a measurement, the two menu buttons can be used for advanced functions such as displaying the last 100 test results.
The large, backlit display of the ACE Y allows reading even in poor light and visibility conditions. Light-emitting diodes and acoustic signal messages support you in operating the device, which, despite the precise and high-quality technology, has a handy format and fits in any jacket pocket.
The design of the mouthpieces includes a spacer so users' lips cannot touch the breathalyzer body. In addition, the spacer can be used to easily remove the used mouthpiece. Optionally, we also offer mouthpieces with non-return valves for this device.
In order to be able to ensure hygienic operation, you should always use a new mouthpiece for each application.
