The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place in Germany (Germany) and the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Liechtenstein.

Shipping (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Shipping fee: 4.95 EUR
Deliveries abroad:

Flat rate shipping costs abroad

Austria: EUR 7.95
Switzerland: 25 EUR
Benelux: EUR 7.95
Liechtenstein: EUR 7.95

There are no shipping costs for vouchers because they are sent by email.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany (Germany) takes place within 3 - 6 working days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 5 - 8 working days after the conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:

Prepayment by bank transfer
Payment by cash on delivery (plus cash on delivery fee 7.00 €)
Payment by PayPal
Payment by PayPal (credit card, direct debit, invoice if applicable)
Payment by invoice (only for authorities)
