Discontinued Model ! The newly developed CEST® Armor Ultra Pro underwear is our new, modified stab and cut protection clothing.
Our team has developed underpants that have good cut and stab resistance.
 
The new CEST stab protection underpants CEST Armor is woven from the highly cut-resistant Protex fiber.

This fiber has a certified cut resistance of 25.9 N.
Furthermore, a very puncture-resistant material was used.

 

Certification according to VO (EU) 2016/425 is in preparation.


The stab resistance is guaranteed by a thin trauma film (CEST Armor), which has been processed over a large area. Only on the side (outside) is an area approx. 1cm wide that serves as an expansion joint.


Conventional textile stab protection materials have too high a dream value (penetration) due to their “soft” properties.

Bone splinters, broken bones or torn internal organs can result from attacks with knives.
 
The CEST Armor material has above-average trauma values ​​for “textile” conditions.
 

The material is not Suitable for washing machines. hand wash; or brush, wash with a damp cloth and disinfect.

The CEST Armor stab protection is guaranteed by a hybrid structure (multi-layer system) of several layers of different very strong but soft materials.

We subjected the CEST Armor film to an extensive bite test with a service dog (Belgian Shepherd). The material sample that was attached to a bite pad (see photo) was not punctured.

 There is also the option of using panels (20x25cm) -> ballistic inserts SK1/KR1 to upgrade the CEST Armor so that the thigh area is also protected from ballistic attacks. One panel is removable.
