The big advantage of our protective vests is that the stab protection:

Textile is (No metal mesh or plates)

Already integrated into the system (panel).

This means that the “additional panels” do not move or slip.

With the KR 1 stab protection, the protective vest is only slightly thicker (approx. 4 mm) and heavier (approx. 250 grams).

We don't understand the purpose of the optional stab protection.

When does the wearer know which threat occurs for which mission; Should the “optional stab protection” be carried at the office in the company vehicle?

In our opinion, the protective vest should always be upgraded to ensure the best possible protection for all operations.

Our “CEST 4” protective vest has a very robust and durable Cordura® outer shell with a laser-cut system (all Molle holsters can be adapted with it). Aalso available in 4Xl (order 3XL & get in touch) .

The “CEST 4” is designed with a zipper and Velcro fasteners. The wish of many customers to have a vest that can be put on quickly in an emergency has been realized by us.

Thanks to the patch pockets and adjustable shoulder elements, the “CEST 4” protective vest gives the external impression of a tactical operational vest and can therefore be worn openly as a “ballistic” protective vest.

The vest cover is made from a firm and robust Cordura® material.

In particularly dangerous situations, the vest can be put on and taken off very easily.

The vest was designed for people who do not have to wear the vest permanently, but need to have it ready and put it on quickly, such as security employees in crisis regions, task forces teams, police forces, soldiers (military police) or rescue workers who can be deployed spontaneously in high-security areas (paramedics in amok lawsuits).

For the cover, the customer can choose between the colors black and neon reflex.

We also have the “Klettreflex” cover in our range. There are four reflective strips integrated at the front.

The vest also has fleece on the left and right, top front (14x4 cm) and back (33x10cm) for attaching Velcro signs.

Attention: All interchangeable covers of our ballistic protective vests CEST 1 to CEST 11 can be used with each other.

Example: The CEST 4 was purchased as an over-vest and can be used with the cover of the CEST 2 or CEST 3 as an under-vest.

With the protection package, the customer decides whether NIJ II or SK 1, with or without stab protection. So you can choose four different protection packages. We can also supply the case in black. The customer is also welcome to order an additional cover (undercover e.g. CEST 2 or CEST 3) separately.

Our SK 1 variant is very thin and light with only 25 layers of aramid fiber based laminate.

Because our protective vests come in model, size (aalso available in 4Xl - order 3XL & short Contact ontake), color and insert are put together individually by the customer, these are therefore excluded from exchange (product manufactured to customer specifications).

The customer can optionally order the CEST® impact protection panels for protective vests -> polycarbonate inserts (2 mm) in addition to our ballistic protective vests CEST 1 to CEST 11. These are simply inserted into the existing openings of the protective vest covers (outside) -> not on the body side! to stick.

With these two panels (2 pieces are supplied -> chest and back panel), impacts are absorbed perfectly.

In addition, the existing stab protection is increased many times over.

ATTENTION: THE IMPACT AND STAB PROTECTION IS ONLY EFFECTIVE WITH THE EXISTING BALLISTIC INSERTS.
