Ballistic protective vest CEST 1 - with Molle system

The ultimate tactical vest. The big advantage of our protective vests is that the stab protection:

Textile is (No metal mesh or plates)

Already integrated into the system (panel).

This means that the “additional panels” do not move or slip.

The protective vest with the stab protection is only slightly thicker (approx. 4 mm) and heavier (approx. 250 grams).

We don't understand the purpose of the optional stab protection.

When does the wearer know which threat occurs for which mission; Should the “optional stab protection” be carried at the office in the company vehicle?

In our opinion, the protective vest should always be upgraded to ensure the best possible protection for all operations.

Our ballistic system consists of a US NIJ IIIa certified package that is tested up to .44 Mag.

Equipped with a very robust Cordura® shell for incredible durability, fully adjustable waist and shoulder straps for a perfect fit and easily upgradeable front and back modules from SAPI pockets, this versatile product offers an incredible level of protection. On the inside, the case is made with a CoolMax material. This material promotes breathability between the cover and the wearer. The “C.E.S.T.” can be attached using the two fleece side flaps. 1” can be put on and taken off particularly quickly.

With our ceramic insert plates you can use the “C.E.S.T. Increase 1" protective vest to protection class 4.

For the two fleece attachments at the front and back, Velcro signs can be individually printed with the print of your choice (e.g. police, Bundeswehr, security service).

We can supply the CEST 1 in the colors: navy, black and olive. The customer can also purchase accessory holsters in the Molle® system in the shop. The case is made with sturdy and strong Cordura®. With both SK 4 plates, the vest weighs over 6 kg, but offers maximum protection.

The CEST 1 is for customers who need the greatest possible protection in the tactical area, such as journalists in war zones, soldiers, special police forces, bodyguards in high-security areas.

The customer is also welcome to order an additional cover (undercover) separately.

Our IIIa variant is very thin and light with only 25 layers of aramid fiber based laminate.

If the color and insert are put together individually by the customer, they cannot be exchanged.

After your order, we produce your protective vest in our factory very quickly. The delivery time is usually 20 days. However, if the workload is high, this can take up to 30 days.

The customer can optionally order the CEST® impact protection panels for protective vests -> polycarbonate inserts (2 mm) in addition to our ballistic protective vests CEST 1 to CEST 11. These are simply inserted into the existing openings of the protective vest covers (outside) -> not on the body side! to stick.

With these two panels (2 pieces are supplied -> chest and back panel), impacts are absorbed perfectly.

In addition, the existing stab protection is increased many times over.

ATTENTION: THE IMPACT AND STAB PROTECTION IS ONLY EFFECTIVE WITH THE EXISTING BALLISTIC INSERTS.
