Ballistic protective vest CEST® 9 SK1 with stab protection

The big advantage of our protective vests is that the stab protection:

Textile is (No metal mesh or plates)

Already integrated into the system (panel).

This means that the “additional panels” do not move or slip.

With the KR 1 stab protection, the protective vest is only slightly thicker (approx. 4 mm) and heavier (approx. 250 grams).

We don't understand the purpose of the optional stab protection.

When does the wearer know which threat occurs for which mission; Should the “optional stab protection” be carried at the office in the company vehicle?

In our opinion, the protective vest should always be upgraded to ensure the best possible protection for all operations.

Our CEST 9 overprotective vest was made with Cordura® on the outside. Cordura® is stable, abrasion-resistant and weather-resistant. We have also integrated reflective strips in several places on the cover (chest, stomach and shoulder) to ensure good visibility in bad weather conditions or in the dark.

Molle® Velcro strips are also used in the front area of the cover. This means you can individually integrate equipment into the case.
At the back it is possible to attach a 33x10 cm Velcro sign to a fleece surface. These can be ordered separately in our webshop.

The inside of the vest is processed with CoolMax®. This makes them light and breathable.

The CEST 9 protective vest was designed at the special request of public order offices. You can choose between the colors black, red and dark blue.
With the protection package, the customer decides whether NIJ II or SK 1, with or without stab protection. So you can choose four different protection packages. The customer is also welcome to order an additional cover (undercover e.g. CEST 2 or CEST 3) separately.

Attention: All interchangeable covers of our ballistic protective vests CEST 1 to CEST 11 can be used with each other.

Example: The CEST 4 was purchased as an over-vest and can be used with the cover of the CEST 2 or CEST 3 as an under-vest.

With only 25 layers of aramid fiber based laminate, our SK 1 variant is very thin, light and weighs less than 2 kg (for size M).

All of our protective vests that we produce in Leeds (UK) are certified as follows:

Ballistic: SK1 or US NIJ IIIa or US NIJ II

Stab protection: KR1, (as desired KR2 (€100 additional cost), SP1 (€100 additional cost) or SP2 (€150 additional cost) according to the English standard)).

As well as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Since our protective vests are individually put together by the customer in terms of model, size, color and insert, they cannot be exchanged.

After your order, we produce your protective vest in our factory very quickly. The delivery time is usually 20 days. However, if the workload is high, this can take up to 30 days.

The customer can optionally order the CEST® impact protection panels for protective vests -> polycarbonate inserts (2 mm) in addition to our ballistic protective vests CEST 1 to CEST 11. These are simply inserted into the existing openings of the protective vest covers (outside) -> not on the body side! to stick.

With these two panels (2 pieces are supplied -> chest and back panel), impacts are absorbed perfectly.

In addition, the existing stab protection is increased many times over.

ATTENTION: THE IMPACT AND STAB PROTECTION IS ONLY EFFECTIVE WITH THE EXISTING BALLISTIC INSERTS.
